The Thang-

Grab a coupon- Choose wisely. It’s not going to see the ground much for the next hour. Head out to Fury Rd to the pole at the fence corner.

Fury Rd- mosey to the bottom of Fury Rd stopping at every pole and performing 25 curls or 25 overhead presses, alternating each until the bottom of Fury Rd. Farmer carry between poles, alternating hands at each pole. Total of 8 poles.

Murderer’s Row- Set coupons at the first pole. Run to the second pole and back. Perform 5 manmakers then rifle carry to the second pole. Set coupon down, run to the third pole and back, perform 5 manmakers, then rifle carry to the fourth pole. Rinse and repeat until the end of Murderer’s row for a total of 8 poles.

Early finishers head to the bottom of Fury Jr. and abs for the 6.

Fury Jr.- starting at the first pole, backpedal up Fury Jr to the next pole with your coupon. Perform 25 Alpo’s or 25 upright rows, alternating each at the next 4 poles. Mosey back to the bottom of Fury Jr. Head back to the end of Murderer’s Row.

Murderer’s Row Round 2- Farmer carry back to Fury Rd alternating hands at each pole while stopping at each pole and performing 5 Jungle Boi Squats.

5 minutes left. Mosey back to the Prison yard and ditch the ball and chain.

NMM- Fury Jr has always been a favorite spot of mine. I’ve never been up Fury Junior with a coupon, so I thought it would be a great idea. What’s the worst that could happen? I’ve never heard Foreclosure mumblechatter about the work like today, so I figure the suck factor was legit. Shoulders were ablaze before we even got to the bottom of Fury Rd. After some comments made the night before on a super secret text thread, I decided my goal for the morning was to stay in front of Mary Anne. For some reason he kept wanting Tootsie Roll to hold his feet for some partner Big Bois. Tootsie would only agree if Mary Anne poked him in the belly button. This is what you miss at Fury people. Can’t make this stuff up.
