I found a new WOD a few weeks ago while I was searching the Web, and I have been itching to use it. But I knew I needed to hold on to it until my next Fury Q. So here we are, and here we go.
Weather: chilled 39 degrees

Warmup: 50 SSH, and 19 Cut the grass because I messed up the count.
The WOD. Nasty Nancy (5 rounds)
500 meter run
15 overhead squats with the coupon extended over head the entire duration.
15 burpee block jump over.
Second part of the workout was a EMOM. Every minute on the minute do 3 burpees, and continue to do the work in this order.
50 Peter parker pushups, 100 dips on the coupons, 150 Big bois, and 200 Air squats. We did not finish this one before time was called, and we returned coupons and circled up for COT.
