F3 Greenwood

YHC (also known as YHV) had his first Q away from TheShipyard in a while and sent out a moderate recruiting effort on Twitter trying to hit double digits at TheWood’s toughest bootcamp offering. After a few HCs and a couple of evening text message inquiries YHC felt pretty good about having a nice turnout. Didn’t quite hit double digits, but the 6 pax in attendance did enough work for to make up for it.

Duggar had graciously offered up his speaker, Bose brand by the way (high roller), but we couldn’t get the Bluetooth to pair, so off we went to a musicless workout.
