The work:

Each Round starts with 15 Burpees and End with 50 abs.

Between those two exercise you owe 30 reps of two additional exercises.

After 2 rounds, take a lap around pond.

Those were the exercises, the order of rounds may be off, but so what.

Nice to have Blu at Fury two weeks in a row.  I guess Bean’s foot was hurting and Pusher didnt sleep well.
