Conditions were absolutely perfect.
21, 15, 9 warmup with pull ups merkins and dips
then run to the condom house and do 20 hanging knee raises then run to the fountain and knockout 10 split squats (ode to Alpo) then cruise to amphitheater for some incline merkins on the steps. Starting at the bottom with 5 reps then add 5 until you get to 30 reps then scale down 5 back to where you started then start again. Couple of sprints up the steps then back to the fountain for more split squats then back to condom house then to pawn shop for 25, 25, 25 squats merkins Abs, then take it back to the house just in time.
