Conditions- perfect for a party of two
One minute warning- still just me and the Nantan
Disclaimer- seriously doubt it
As we awkwardly stood there in the dark, waiting on a late PAX or two to come in on two wheels, the option of heading to Talon came up. But being Elite Furians, we decided to do the harder thing and get an extra 15 minutes of sweat equity. 15 minutes makes a big difference. If it didn’t then we would have 15 PAX every Tuesday and Thursday. Yeah, just gonna leave that right there.
Head to the Prison Yard and grab a coupon.

NMM- 0457 rolls around and I’m still the lone PAX lurking in the darkness looking through the treeline for any glimpse of headlights. Marathon training has me down for 3 miles today, so I start to consider a mosey if no one shows. Then, just in the nick of time, BenGay rolls in and it’s back to regularly scheduled programming. A little rumor got started last night that YHC may have been planning an OnB to Talon during Fury. Not saying it didn’t sound intriguing, but YHC was still in considerable pain from Blu’s birthday sweatfest Tuesday and 6.4 miles wasn’t going to help. Glad BenGay showed up. I needed the Spartan training more than the run. Even though he drug me around like a wore out binky, work was done, sweat was spilled, and iron was sharpened. Well done Nantan. Always leading from the front.
Southern Belle is hanging up…
