Warm Up:
LBAC’s x 10 IC w/ Bricks (Forward Only)
SSH x 10 IC w/ Bricks
(Yeah right… Epic Fail) Q modify after 3 or 4. “Who needs a warm-up anyways? Let’s get to the meat of the work.”
The WOD:
50 reps of each exercise. 5 pull-ups and 10 dips after each exercise.

Mr. T Curls = Hold your arms straight out to the sides at shoulder height and do a Curl.
Mosey to picnic shelter
4 Rounds:
10 V-Ups with brick
10 High Knee Step-Ups w/ Overhead Press (each leg)
25 Curls after round 1
25 Tricep Extensions after round 2
25 Butterflies after round 3
25 Mr. T Curls after round 4
Mosey back to Pull-up bars
25 reps of each exercise. 3 Pull Ups and 5 Dips after each exercise.
Merkins with Lat pull on each side
Overhead Presses
Overhead Claps
High Butterflies = Butterflies while holding the brick straight out at chest height.
Return Bricks
Let’s finish up with 10 V-Ups.

* Speaking of Bar Code and the other 3 guys (Sour, Flossy, & Juggernaut) that posted today. The Q knows he has a top level group of guys when he is the six the entire workout. Hopefully they didn’t get bored while waiting for me to pay up.
* Juggernaut had the great idea of doing Burpees for the six. The Q’s burpee count for the day = 0.
* Mr. T Curls = The way I introduced them. Planet Fitness Curls = The way they will be referred to from now on. This came after Sour said “Oh, I like these. I do these at planet fitness with the cables!”
* The bricks at Fury are not very user friendly. So… All the more reason to use them. Let’s not let the grass grow through them.
