Round1. 10 man makers step ups with the blocks,20 V ups,30 butterfly kicks, and 40 crunches. 3 sets.After we meant in the circle with coupons for some 4 second curls, and tricep extensions ( counting 4 seconds on returning the blocks to starting position)20 curls and tricep extensions. After that we headed for a wall sit for a 40 count. Then we attempted a Indian run to the swing set for the second round. Round 2. 10 pull-up jumps, 20 squat jumps, 10 knee to elbow. Two sets and then we did some ten second dead hangs, and Indian run back to the blocks which was a better attempt for some more 4 second curls and tricep extensions. Then return coupons and meant back at the flag and one handed planks until the 6.

Also there was a prayer request that rapunzel had mentioned for his mother in law that I forgot to put in on Monday with some health test and I was informed that they went well.
