YHC recycled part of an older Q this morning and kept it going for the entire BC. The premise is how many times can you repeat the cycle of exercises in 15 minutes.
Disclaimer was given.
Weather was perfect. Some PAX had a difficult time if they wanted long sleeves or short sleeves but for YHC, it was definitely short sleeves.

The mumblechatter was on-point as always with Polly around and it started from the word go. Always makes the time go faster when Polly is chatting away.
Trying to get all of the reps in in 15 minutes is no joke. Beano was leading the way but he fell short too. It’s partly a mental game because you hit 8 and think you’re halfway there but really you’re not because the rep scheme keeps increasing. YHC likes this style of work because it gets your HR up and it can be easily modified by those that need to modify.
YHC shared Colossians 1:13-14, “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” YHC is going through a Bible study right now that looks at the Biblical greats and instead of focusing on their triumphs, it focuses on their failures. The reminder is that through our failures as men, God is molding us to be the men He wants us to be. We need to recognize what He is trying to teach us during these times and apply those lessons so that we don’t fail for naught.
Until next time,
