We all had screaming thighs half way into the Goblet Squats. Each PAX gave 100% this morning. Toward the end we had some sketchy visitors come along and observe us for a moment and then walk by. It was a great morning for a workout and is good to see the locals at the Epicenter.

I shared something I heard this morning from Charles Stanley. When we encounter others and they ask us if we are a Christian we normally reply yes. So what is their viewpoint of a Christian? We would be better saying I am a follower of Jesus Christ, because that is what we are called to do.
