Using half the soccer field:

3 rounds of four corners reduce reps by 10 each round.

First corner: 30, 20, 10 kettle bells

Second corner: 30, 20, 10 merkins

Third corner: 30, 20, 10 squats

Fourth corner: 30, 20, 10  leg lifts

Alternate next two:

10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Man makers side line

25, 20, 15, 10 big boy sit ups other side line

NMM:  The grass on the soccer field needs to be cut.  our feet were soaked on the first leg of four corners.  Every station was wet even on the second and third rounds.  YHC needs to learn from DC about going home after a workout.  I tend to stay in the fartsack when i know i don’t have time to go get coffee after the work.
