YHC and Beano noted last week that we hadn’t been on the soccer field in awhile due to the constant condition of it being wet and sloppy but it hadn’t rained in a couple of days, so YHC sat down to plan the BC with that in mind and this is what YHC came up with.

Weather – January cold, but not windy
Warm-up (it went a little longer than planned as some PAX were coming in hot due to hitting snooze one time too many or the train or maybe both)

Merkins IC x 10
Squats IC x 10
Mosey to coupon cage, partner up, grab one coupon per team and proceed to endline of soccer field. YHC set up 2 cones – 1 at the endline and another 25 yards away.
The Thang (Return of the Murder Bunny – DORA style)

Workout concept was the block was going to be moved back and forth between the cones in different ways while body weight work was to be done at the 1st cone. The block was transported only one way and sprinting was done the other way. So sometimes the block was at the cone opposite the starting cone.

50 burpees – Murder Bunny
100 merkins – rifle carry
150 squats – 90 degree carry
200 big boy sit-ups – farmer carry
150 monkey humpers – 90 degree carry
100 merkins – rifle carry
50 burpees – Murder Bunny
When done with the work, return the block and mosey to the pull-up bar. We still have 5 minutes left. Time for 2 sets of 45 second straight arm dead hangs and 45 flutter kicks the hard way.
Recover was called and back to the flag we went.

So, YHC is cheap and will not spend the extra money for ad-free Pandora and Alpo picked up on that quick. So, we were forced to listen to some ads – for the good and the bad.
Great work put in this morning by the 9 that beat the fartsack. We were going from the get go and didn’t stop until it was over. YHC kind of missed the Murder Bunny. It will be back again, soon.
