This was my first Q. I will admit I had thought on many occasions about the workout I construct if I were to Q. But, as I thought about what I wanted to do, I recalled various parts of other workouts that I thought were either enjoyable or uniquely challenging. The first component was an Indian Run, that come from a workout with Judge Hairy, the easy jog coupled with a sprint burpees was surprisingly challenging (I did skip his V-Up marathon from that Q). Then I remembered the burpee box jumps from Flossy’s second anniversary Q. I also ripped off Meatloaf’s downhill bear crawl, minus the prickers in the grass at terrapin! I also threw in a lot of burpees, because I just oddly enjoy them!
Conditions: Coolish and humid!
The Thang:
Warm Up: Around the shovel flag.
Alternating Shoulder Taps: 20
Plank Jacks: 20

Indian Run To Polly Pavilion(Clockwise) (Man at the back does three burpees): At The Pavilion
10 burpee box jumps
10 push ups
5 rounds OYO (Calve Raises For The Six)
Mosey to the Base of the hill right beside it (Jacob’s Ladder)
Do one burpee at the bottom sprint up the hill and do 10 squats, then bear crawl down the hill…2 burpees at the bottom, then up the hill 10 squats at the top and bear crawl down. Repeat up the 10 burpees at the bottom.
Back To Polly Pavilion (Could cut for time sake):
5 burpee box jumps
5 push up
5 round OYO (Calve raises for the six)

There was much groaning with the burpee/downhill bear crawl/squat endeavor. YHC asked Judge Hairy if it was too much and he asked if Polly was still talking. He said if Polly shut up it then might be too much!
Each man worked hard and was very encouraging.
