If you haven’t seen the counts from today, the EpicCenter was the place to be this morning. 20 pax (which is a correction from the 19 posted this morning) showed up to the Epiccenter to get their Tuesday morning workout on.
5:14 – Parking lot was full and Disclaimer was given (We kept looking for Inspector because there was no way anyone made it to Fury with this crowd)
Warm up
20 SSH
20 Cut the Grass
The Work
All Pax start with 50 merkins
Run to Pullup bars – 10 Pullups and 10 Vups
Run to Corner 25 Yard Bear Crawl and 10 Big Boys
Run to Cone 20 Yard Broad Jump and 10 Hand Release Merkins
Run to Picnic Tables 20 Stepups and 20 Dips
We continued this around the 400m loop the entire time. Each time a pax passed another pax, the pax passing did 4 Burpees and the pax getting passed did 2 Burpees.
I have been wanting to try something like this for a while. It does need some fine tuning. I think there was some confusion at the begging but once we were all spread out things worked a little better. All pax pushed themselves and eachother. Thank you for coming out and trying it with me.
Being that I had something a little different planned, I wanted a good crowd to test it on. I did what any good Q would do and started sending out a few text and EH’ing the pax to ensure a good crowd. These actions have been met with backlash from our friend, Hampton Watkins aka Inspector. My name has been all over twitter today and your faithfulness and loyalty was questioned. To all my fellow pax, you were faithful and loyal today. You were faithful and loyal to the one that took the time to reach out and EH you to ensure you would wake up this morning and get a good workout. You were faithful and loyal to the one that wanted to see you in the gloom and tried everything he could do to get you there. For that, I am thankful. Thank you for coming out this morning. Do not let the lies you read on the internet fool you. Remain true my friends. I will see you soon.
