About a month ago we did a mock fit test. This allowed everyone to establish a baseline of where they are physically. Ideally this morning, those same PAX would retest today and track improvement. Unfortunately, Weaver, Encino Man, Rapunzel, Kudzu, and Quikie missed this one. The pax that did show up did work despite the cold. YHC also noticed a few things today. Bengay is fast. He was out of sight as soon as the run started and was definitely not that fast a few months ago. Judge Hairy has some mean upper body strength. The coupon was a blur for sixty seconds as he killed rep after rep. Polly has drive. Recovering after knee surgery is no joke but he takes it in strides and pushes himself. Great job men!
Until next time.
