YHC really enjoys being Q (whether the other PAX enjoy it or not is debatable.) YHC also strongly encourages other men to step up and lead as well! So, YHC had the idea of rolling dice to see what comes up and have a corresponding movement assigned to it (probably not a new idea) but it was a fun the execution of it and easy to lead (if any potential or new Q are looking for ideas).
Warm-up.
Side straddle hops: 20 in cadence.
Alternating shoulder taps 20
Arm circles 20 forward and backward.
Pull-up/Merkin ladder. One pull-up and then nine merkins, two pull-ups and 8 merkins, etc…
The Thang: take turns rolling the die and see what comes up. Three burpess to be done before following each roll.
Roll a 1=’s 200 meter run. (Came up a bunch)
Roll a 2=’s 20 merkins (Came up twice)
Roll a 3=’s 15 burpees (Only came up once)
Roll a 4=’s 20 WW1 sit-ups (Came up a bunch)
Roll a 5 =’s 30 squats (Only came up once)
Roll a 6=’s Bear crawl (Came up a bunch, accusation of a loaded die were expressed)
Roll a 7=’s workout is over and we all go home (per Flossy)
One round of 30 counts planks and 30 count whirley boys thrown in the middle.

The three burpee post roll penalty was forgotten a few rounds by YHC, but never by Flossy, he personally assured not a burpee was missed by anyone! Flossy is a strong encourager as well!
