Thursday is YHC day off from leg work and running so I’m trying to Q several Thursday’s to insure its a stationary upperbody and ab beatdown.  YHC lacked creativity and didn’t want to repeat a recent Q so on the drive over the Epicenter I decided to do the deck of death, only I didn’t have a deck of cards.  A quick stop at the Stop a Minute and problem solved.

Announcements and Prayers (A lot of sickness and hurting amongst our group right now)

YHC shared Hebrews 4:12 and how just like workouts should make us uncomfortable, reading God’s Word should make us uncomfortable as well. We should be challenged to make life changes to become more like Him.  We shouldn’t be comfortable in our sin.

After we got our coupons YHC had everyone wait to gather together, Polly asked what for and I said for him to give his big announcement jokingly, little did we know he did have a big announcement and it was that he was going to Q this weekend.  Way to step up Polly, leaders lead.

At some point YHC asked RainMan for a rep count and much to my surprise he said he had been thrown off the count by all of Polly’s mumbblechatter.  Surprise surprise

Great work by all the PAX today.  When Deck of Death starts you think it won’t be much but by the end the reps add up and you can feel it.
