YHC has been in the habit lately of reusing previous Q’s.  Its easier to write the BB and at times time is limited for planning a Q.  This workout was Q’d one month ago at the Epicenter.  Polly was in attendance but didn’t remember, shocker I know.

Mosey to Pull-up bars

One at a time each PAX will perform max effort pull-ups while other PAX perform BBS.

Mosey to the coupons, grab one and circle up in the middle of the soccer field.

In the center perform 40 Curls then run to one corner and perform 10 Burpees, run back to middle 40 Curls, run to another corner 10 Merkins, back to middle 40 Curls, run to another corner 10 Workins, back to middle 40 Curls, run to last corner 10 Derkins, back to middle 40 Curls…Recover

In the center perform 50 Chest Press then run to one corner and perform 20 LBC, run back to middle 50 Chest Press, run to another corner 20 Freddy Mercury, back to middle 50 Chest Press, run to another corner 20 Dying Cockroaches, back to middle 50 Curls, run to last corner 20 Heel Taps, back to middle 50 Chest Press…Recover

In the center perform 30 Overhead Press, this call brought out the complaining Polly,  then run to one corner and perform 10 Bonnie Blairs, run back to middle 30 Overhead Press, run to another corner 10 Air Squats, back to middle 30 Overhead Press, run to another corner 10 Jump Squats, back to middle 30 Overhead Press, run to last corner 10 Lunge Steps, back to middle 30 Chest Press…Recover

Return coupons and all you got back to Pull-up station.

End where we started

All you go back to the shovel flag and we are done.

Polly was not his usual chatty self this morning which is good because he was working hard enough to be about to pass out most of the morning.  Great work Polly!

Weaver is a beast, hope I’m in that good of shape in 10 years.
