Thang –

Mosey to play ground area.  10 pull ups, lunge walk 40 yds, 20 v-ups.  Repeat 4 times. Plank for the 6.

Mosey to Flossys hill.  20 LBC’s at the bottom, Bear Crawl up hill, 20 Merkins at top.  Repeat 5 times. Plank for the 6.

Mosey to gazebo – 20 dips, 20 squats, 20 American hammer counting one side.  Repeat 5 times.  Calf raises for the 6.

Mosey back to shovel flag.
