15 calf raises- almost had some pax quit on this extreme measure.

Threatened Whirly boys, but the meatheads got in line, so off to the main event.

After retrieving coupons and placing them on 2 corners of field, pax met in middle for some extended 4 corner action.

Corner 1-   40 overhead presses, 20 alpos.

Corner 2-   40 Burpies

Corner 3-   40 merkins

Corner 4-    40 curls, 20 triceps

after completion in each corner return to center of field and do 10 big boy sit ups.

round 2, 3, 4

Decrease by 10 each time to station (for station with 2nd rep, decrease that rep by 5)   until 4 rotations to complete Mothra (nemesis of Godzilla)

those who finished early began semi-circle of Marry until about half of pax completed all of Mothra.

for last 4 minutes , gathered in corner 1 with all coupons and maxed out in overhead presses and curls.

Put coupons up, mosied to flag, countorama, namorama, and naming of FNG.

Announcements and Prayers.   Most headed out to Howard’s.

Naked Moleskin:

As usual , much mumblechatter about a Pusher Q.  Lot of fun.

I think most Pax enjoyed the Mothra.  It is not a race or competition, but really it kind of is when you are pushing yourself.  2 groups of 2 kind of separated from the pack.  Sugar and Southern Belle got an early lead, and gave Uncle Jessie and Baby Blu a target to run down.  Close, but Sugar and Southern Belle finished slightly ahead.   I think for those 4, it took about 35 minutes (according to Pusher’s inner clock).   Mary Ann encouraged me to try a Grayson Allen move and try and take out one of the other team members in the monthly challenge.  But Metermaid avoided my hip move.  Have to watch Allen a little better to get that trip going.  Enjoyed to fellowship as always.
