Whatever you call it, the much advertised Co-Q of YHC and Meatloaf prompted 13 PAX to make their way to the Epicenter for what would be a vicious melding of the minds. It was duly noted on Twitter throughout the day that the Epicenter had more PAX than the Shipyard for the first time in many moons. Must be something to that #TomSawyer #WhitewashTheFence strategy. Make it hard and they will come. If it’s hard, it’s play. If it’s easy, it’s work. So we had a play date.

  • Swing voters Flossy and FriarTuck (#Kotters) tipped the scale in favor of the Epicenter for the first time in a long time.
  • First time YHC and Meatloaf did a C0-Q. Judging by the near absence of #Mumblechatter – even from Polly – we must have done a good job.
  • YHC introduced the Burpee Box Jump to the Epicenter. There were some comments about how stupid of an exercise that is – right up until they started. May have maxed Polly’s pacemaker out at 165 bpm. No, seriously, Polly has a pacemaker. #SayWha
  • Sour asked Jesus to come on back at the bottom of the hill, then promptly lost count.
  • Rumor has it that the PAX were told this was not the Shipyard. This may have been a ploy to end the rivalry between the Creek Posse and the Adams Family. These two squads battle it out at the Shipyard, where they mostly jog. Can they unite to take on the Epicenter? We shall see…
