F3 Greenwood

The final IronPax workout went down at the EpiCenter today and 8 PAX came out and pushed themselves to the limits. YHC shared Phillipians 4:13 before we started. Reminding the PAX that He can give us all of the strength we need for everything in life, including what we were about to do.

Disclaimer – Pretty sure YHC forgot that this morning. My bad.

NMS
-Bittersweet that IronPax is coming to an end today. While the workouts have pushed all of the PAX to the limits, YHC has enjoyed the encouragement during the workouts to help push the PAX to the end. But, like Blue said this morning, sometimes it’s better not knowing what the BC is going to be before getting there. Can’t wait until we do it again. (But we can wait on that one.)

Until next time,

BenGay
