100 reps of each exercise. After 100 reps, run to opposite sideline and do 10 V-ups. Return for next exercise.

A good time was had this morning by all three of us who worked. Many laughs were had while we cranked out the 1100 reps. Thanks to Meatloaf and Polly for posting today and making the cold conditions more bearable with their presence.

#T-claps to Polly for stepping into his new role as Epicenter AOQ. I could not think of a better person to fill that role. I am confident that he will #MEGA.
