On Monday, YHC saw that today was open at the Epicenter and figured it would be a good way to selfishly get some abs in as June was coming to an end and he needed to make up some ab count. 2 PAX showed up to join me and brave the potential rainfall.

Warm-up
SSH x 20
Cut the grass x 15
Mosey to the coupon cage and grab one coupon per two PAX and mosey to corner of soccer field. Otis and Lemon paired up and YHC went solo.
The Thang
We used half the soccer field and exercises were given for each corner. PAX 1 remained in the corner while PAX 2 lunge walked to the opposite corner and did LBC’s until PAX 1 got to him. When PAX 1 finished the exercise he lunge walked with the coupon to the corner where PAX 2 was and handed it off to PAX 2 who completed the same exercises that PAX 1 completed. PAX 1 then moseyed to the next corner and completed abs until PAX 2 got there. Once PAX 2 finished the exercises he rifle carried the coupon to PAX 1 and exchanged the coupon and moseyed to the last corner. This was repeated throughout the workout.
Exercise Pairs
Round 1 – Biceps and Goblet Squats – 50 reps the first time through and then 40 reps the second time through.
Round 2 – Triceps Extensions and Bent Over Rows – 50 the first time and then 40 the second.
Round 3 – OH Press and Monkey Humpers – 50 reps
Time was called in the middle of the 3rd round.
