The Thang
Part 1: AMRAP Cindy in 20 minutes
5 pull-ups, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats. All ya got for 20 minutes. Punishment for going beast mode was extra rounds of pull-ups on a frosty frozen set of monkey bars.
Part 2: Using the 400m loop we did circuits of the following with remaining time—Bearcrawl length of first sandbox area, mosey to top of hill corner for 15 Big Boy Sit-ups, mosey to covered tables for 20 leg raises, mosey back down the hill to complete 3 burpees then lunge walk back to beginning. Wash, rinse, repeat. Lunge walk into bearcrawl sounded easier on paper.
With about 1 minute left and almost all PAX back, small r recover called for ab of choice until Recover called.
We circled up, counted, and named.

Solid turnout and solid work done by all. YHC chose to start off with Cindy thanks to my sucking at pull-ups. So only way to get better…..I think this was a crowd pleaser thanks to frozen monkey bars. YHC is grateful for the opportunity to lead, and thankful to those that showed up and showed out. It was an honor as always, Brut is out.
