The THANG:
Mosey through the Complex around to the Gazebo. The first exercise was a Calf Raise Medley x15 (straight, toe-in, toe-out), then it was over to the tennis courts for some sprint work. First a lunge walk across all 3 courts was the call followed by a suicide using both edges of all 3 courts, and then finally a lunge walk back to the other side. This procession took place in various forms changing the suicide movement and adding one legged lunges and air squats after the calf medleys for the remainder of the 3o minutes. We ran the loop back to the flag for COT

I don’t often get to spend gloom time with Tweeter nor Lego. It was nice to work hard and sweat pushing each other. Polly had plenty to say about how it was close to impossible for him to not fall off the curb during the calf medley. The One legged lunges were a real crowd pleaser and a new exercise for YHC. It will make a return to an AO near you soon. All in all it was a fantastic morning and a pleasure to sweat next to these fine men.
