F3 Greenwood

This is YHC’s 3rd Q and up until today, our Nantan, Flossy, had not posted to one of my workouts. My initial plan was to take Flossy’s first solo Q workout from 6/21/15 and repeat it in his honor and then name the workout after him. If figured if I named it after him he would HAVE to show! Well as fate would have it, Flossy Q’d on 6/16 and did the workout I had planned! Oh well, time to get creative!

Disclaimer: I am not a professional….

CoP:

  • Al Gore Squats X 15 IC
  • Heel Taps X 15 IC

The THANG:

Epicenteropoly

Mosey through Epicenter Gate beneath the Bat-Signal to the back soccer field by the coupon cage.

The AO is laid out in a large square consisting of 12 stations – 4 corner stations and 8 “streets” (2 streets between each corner).

Pax pair up in teams of two (add any odd numbers make a team of 3.)

Pax must do the activity on the “Street Card” before rolling the die again. Once a team makes it around and past GO they get 1 point.

All teams line up at “Go” (corner 1.) One pax from each team runs into the center and rolls the die (singular) on the whiteboard (take turns rolling the die after that) to decide what the next station will be. (i.e.: roll a 4 so you move 4 places around the board) while their teammate planks/waits at their current location. Teams mark off their points on the whiteboard after they pass GO.

After the starting roll, teams move at their own pace, pax take turns (one up, one down) wheel barreling each other around the board between streets.

STATIONS:

  1. GO (Corner 1) – Start. When you pass Go, your team gets a point.
  2. Seaboard Ave. (Street 1) – 20x coupon curls, 20x upright rows with coupon
  3. Phoenix Street (Street 2) – 10x Mountain Climbers (each leg), 10x Al-Gore squats
  4. JAIL (Corner 2) – “Visiting Jail” Roll again. If you have been “sent to jail” team must perform 15 burpees (each) before rolling the die again.
  5. Main Street (Street 3) – 15x V-ups, 15x Flutter kicks (each leg)
  6. Maxwell Ave. (Street 4) – 10x Merkins, 10x Werkins, 10x Diamond Merkins
  7. Free Parking (Corner 3) – 20x Jungle Boy Squats
  8. Oregon Ave. (Street 5) – 15x American Hammers, 15x Monkey Humpers
  9. Hampton Street (Street 6) – Walking lunge, to cone and back.
  10. GO to JAIL (Corner 4) – Go straight to Jail (corner 2), do not pass GO, do not collect one point. Team must do 15X Burpees before rolling the die again.
  11. Cambridge Ave. (Street 7) – 15x LBC, 15 x Big Boy sit-ups, 15 WWI Sit-ups
  12. Calhoun Ave. (Street 8) – 3x laps of the Epicenteropoly Square

Misc.:

  • If you land directly on GO you get an extra point and you roll again.
  • Rolling the same number on the die two times in a row sends you straight back to GO (And you get a point!)
  • Pax only do burpees in Jail IF they have been sent there. If “just visiting”, roll the die again.

Return coupons, pick-up equipment and cones.

Mosey to shovel flag.
