Big boy sit-ups x5
Swerkins x5
After each round, rinse and repeat but increase pull-ups by 2 and everything else by 5. Easy peasey.
Somewhere in the middle of all this we stopped and did 30 second plank, 50 LBCs and then 60 second plank, then right back to where you left off
Time (finally) called. Abba got completely done with the 16 and 40 round – I think he was our leader.

Announcements: not a lot going on but Dam to Dam runners are needed
Prayer requests: Juggs and family both for recent loss and now the ‘rona, PH’s BIL doing better and going back to NHC, Brut and TR’s family members with trees dropped on their houses during the Ice Apocalypse of 2022.

YHC is sure there were a few PAX wondering, “what kind of whimpy-ass workout is this?” when we first started. YHC has learned that numbers add up very quickly, and it wasn’t long before the grunts and groans were music to YHC’s ears. Abba had experienced this type of punishment from YHC before, and he knew what was coming – but that didn’t stop his beastiness. Pull-ups became difficult, dips were burning, big boys were taking forever and those Swerkins! YHC was quite glad when the music stopped as the alarm announced (silently) that time was up – right before the feat of 40 Swerkins.
No philosophical musings today, just glad to see PAX continue (and return) to post in the gloom. Appreciate working beside and living life with my brothers.
