Saturday’s workout crushed me! YHC was the Q and it left me insanely sore. YHC had forgotten that he had the Q, but it worked out. This let YHC tailor a workout around the crushing soreness in my legs! It was nice having a Terrapin flag to gather around, big thanks to Lego for that!

Warm-Up

20 Alternating Shoulder Taps in Cadence

30 second deep squat hold

Five rounds of 20 seconds BTW. Lego and Refugee hit some handstand pull-ups as well.

It was not crazy hard, but the work was steady and gave the legs a break. Only Refugee finished, He had a stellar day!

Not a burpee was done, that was just to show Polly YHC could Q without them.

CornCob and Weaver put in the extra miles running to and from Terrapin! Great work guys!
