BabyBlu and YHC were on tap for a Co-Q at the Epicenter. We were hoping to deliver a solid full body workout and I hope we delivered. 10 PAX decided to give it a go even though a few PAX were notably absent. I wont call anyone out, but Bean and Jugger must have had more important things to do. Remember: “It’s not about you”.
Baby Blu got things started as follows (I’ll try to get this accurate):
15 minute block session:

10 Thrusters
5 Manmakers
Rinse and repeat 4 times.
100 Chest presses OYO
Uncle Jesse takes over
10 Minute AMRAP OYO
Mosey sideline to sideline with work at each end
21 Bonnie Blairs
15 Jungle Boi Squats (or Goblet Squats if at end with coupon)
9 V – ups
15 Minute DORA with Partner
Partner 1 works, while Partner 2 lunge walks to Soccer Goal (Approximately 15 yards), completes 10 Monkey Humpers, then bear Crawl back. Work is cumulative as follows
300 – Ab exercise of your choice
200 – Goblet Squats
100 – Burpees
(Some groups got to burpees but I do not believe any team finished)
Turn back over to BabyBlu:
15 minutes of block work
Curls IC
Alpos OYO
Tricep extensions OYO
Bent over rows OYO
Rinse and repeat. No sure of rep structure, but it started around 30 or 40 and decreased each round by approximately 5 reps each exercise.
We also did an ungodly number of chest presses IC at some point.
COT/BOM
- Great work by all in attendance.
- I think the full body objective was achieved.
- Bonnie Blairs>Jungle Bois really gets legs burning
- Great to partner up with Judge Hairy this morning for Dora. In all of this time in F3, I think that’s the first time we have been paired up.
- Good to have Bobber back and hope he continues to show when he can.
