The THANG

A DORA pyramid was planned and as is always the danger when planning a DORA there were an odd number of PAX that posted. The pyramid went as follows:

50 Shoulder press and 20 dips. While PAX 1 did shoulder press, PAX 2 ran the width of the field and did 20 dips.
100 squats with the coupon and 20 American Hammers counting one side. While PAX 1 did squats, PAX 2 did American Hammers.
150 curls and 20 flutter kicks counting one side. While PAX 1 did curls, PAX 2 did flutter kicks.
200 chest press and 20 LBC’s. While PAX 1 did chest press, PAX 2 did LBC’s.
150 triceps extensions and 20 flutter kicks counting one side. While PAX 1 did triceps extensions, PAX 2 did flutter kicks.
100 squats with the coupon and 20 American Hammers counting one side. While PAX 1 did squats, PAX 2 did American Hammers.
50 Shoulder press and 20 dips. While PAX 1 did shoulder press, PAX 2 ran the width of the field and did 20 dips.

The PAX knocked this out A LOT quicker than YHC thought they would, so we had time to hit a fan favorite, the hill on the other side of the Epicenter. So, coupons were returned and we moseyed to the hill.

Upon arrival at the fill, PAX were instructed that they could either bearcrawl or broad jump up the hill. At the top of the hill, they had to perform 10 merkins. After completing the merkins, they ran down the hill and performed 10 Big Boy Sit-ups. This was repeated with PAX reducing 1 rep from the merkins upon their arrival at the top. About halfway through, PAX were told to stop bearcrawls and run up the hill instead. This was repeated until time was called and we moseyed to the flag.
