YHC returned to the Epicenter Q sheet with an homage to his three least favorite exercises: Burpees, Bear Crawls, and Indian Runs!  Five hearty souls braved this HIIT beatdown!

The Thang:

Merkin Indian Run to the Hill – 5 merkins per runner

Bottom of Hill: 30 Big Boy Situps
30 Jungle Boi Squats
30 V-Ups (Crowdpleaser)

Bear Crawl to top of hill: 10 Burpees
Repeat for 3 rounds, hold plank for the Six.
