- Mosey to Hill by Swing Sets for 11’s. Dips run up hill and Flutter Kicks (4ct IC).
- Mosey to Tennis Courts for Suicides on all 3 courts.
- Mosey to Open area near Tennis Courts for Clock Merkins. Time is called move clockwise, starting at 12, and do 2 Merkins. Times called were 3, 7, 12, 9, 4.
- Mosey to Coupons for Super Sets (10 Curls, 10 Overhead Press, 10 Chest Press, 10 Kettle Bells, 20 Curls, 20 Overhead Press, 20 Chest Press, 20 Kettle Bells, 30 Curls, 30 Overhead Press, 30 Chest Press, 30 Kettle Bells……) After each set Mosey to first light pole and do 5 Monkey Humpers, increase 5 each set (Called this on the fly)

- The men who posted today deserve #tclaps. Way to not allow the weather dictate if you #getbetter.
- Balance is key in your life. Christ has to be at the center and you build around from there. Don’t get caught focusing on one area more than others. Our natural tendency is to gravitate to what makes up feel most comfortable. Don’t just hang out and talk/tweet with the guys all the time or just talk about workouts. Focus on your wife and kids, invest in them, spend time with them, sacrifice for them. Find balance MEN.
- YHC tried to plan a balanced #beatdown and I think it was successful. By the set of 30 with the block it began a struggle and the struggle was real.
- Mumblechatter was low with the exception Smokey grunting during the block work and Polly not following, listening or seeing the instruction. Glasses help Polly, might want to use them.
- We moved at a quick pace today and Polly reminded YHC at the end that this isn’t Fury. Everyone kept pace well.
- Good to have Chair Lift back in the #gloom, just need to get him there on time now.
- YHC appreciates the support, encouragement and sharpening he receives in the #gloom.
