21 PAX tackled the last installment of the APFT for 2020 amid the slightly chilly November morning at the local YMCA oddly measured 1/4 mile track. If you missed it today, there’s a make-up date on 12/4.

Adopting the Tullis family for Christmas. Father died of a heart attack about a month ago leaving behind 5 children and the mother. We are going to purchase $50 Amazon or Wal-mart gift cards for each of the kids and a $100 Wal-mart or grocery store gift card for the mom. Venmo money to UJ.
F3 Christmas party brunch this year on Saturday December 12th at 9AM. M’s and 2.0s are invited under the shelter. Bring brunch food items.

YHC enjoys the APFT. It is a great barometer for us to gauge our fitness levels and make sure that we are continuing to accelerate in this area of our life.
Great to see Sap and Fourway return for a second day in a row. Not sure where Chipper was though.
YHC shared Psalm 100:4, “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.”
