The Nantan asked for a Q switch earlier in the week so, YHC decided to pick it up which was probably a good thing because the pull of the fartsack was strong this morning. After the ridiculously difficult but awesome IronPax workout this week and the impending one to come, YHC tried to plan accordingly with the plan and here’s what was done.
Disclaimer was given and I’m going to add an additional one here that all of what was done may or may not be noted below. We went a little off the reservation towards the end due to YHC’s weinke being too short.
Warm-up
SSH x 20, IW x 20, SSH x 20, Cut the grass x 20, SSH x 20
Mosey to coupon cage and secure one coupon for the group.
Coupon carry Indian run
PAX in front started running with the coupon in the rifle carry position, when that PAX got to the back of the line, the line stopped and completed work. This was repeated all the way around Epicenter this morning. At some point, we switched to a farmer carry, but YHC doesn’t exactly remember when. Losing one’s memory seemed to be a problem this morning, especially for SB, but more on that later. Every time we stopped, one PAX at a time would complete the work while the others held a plank of various type until it was there turn.
Stop 1 – 25 merkins
Stop 2 – 25 monkey humpers
Stop 3 – Everyone did these together – Al Gore for 50 seconds
Stop 4 – 25 mountain climbers
Stop 5 – Freddie Mercuries. After this we stopped for a quick ab ripper of 50 LBC’s, 25 flutters IC, and 15 Hello Dollies IC.
Stop 6 – Plank drag back and forth down the line 3 times.
Stop 7 – 25 squats
Stop 8 – 25 curls
Stop 9 – 25 chest press
Stop 10 – went into dugout and did 25 dips, 15 reverse crunches off of dugout bench, and 25 dips
By this point, we had made one complete trip and were back at the coupon cage. We still had 10 minutes to go, so each PAX got a coupon and circled up outside the cage. (Here’s where it might get a little fuzzy.) We did 25 reps of the following: triceps extensions, bent over rows, side bends to the right, side bends to the left, leg raises with the block in a press position, pullovers, and step-ups on the nearby bleachers.
7:00 hit and recover was called and we moseyed back to the flag for COT.

-SB had a memory problem this morning. He “forgot” on multiple times what an Indian Run was and it was always when YHC was doing the rifle carry. Making me wonder some things.
-Great work put in by all the guys this morning. Ponch continues to post and is getting better for it.
Until next time,
