i think we all started in the Westerly direction toward County Bank.  Routes ranged from 2.6 to 5 or 6.

NMM:  YHC was the 2.6 mile run/walk pax.  My hips were kill’n me.  I am on a slim margin to hit 200 post for the year.  12 of 14 days so far this month after a total of 16 in the previous two months might be why my hips are screaming.  I was a bit frustrated still.
After getting to work, I saw a woman struggle to get out of her car  and into the building for work.  She was barely able to walk.   It made me think of a question that was asked of a family with a child battling major health problems.  They were ask how do you deal with it.  Their response, “we look at the kids around us at the children’s hospital and think do we really want to put our difficulties in a pile with theirs and pull one out at random?”
