Well, there’s really not a lot to report.  It’s July 24th and it was 61 degrees this morning with little to no humidity.  It was a welcome relief to the high temperatures we’ve been having.  So, those of you who couldn’t make it today, you missed some really nice weather.

It was just a normal run day with PAX going different distances at different paces.  And, the 2nd F is always good on Wednesdays.

Oh yeah, Gopher tripped on the sidewalk and ran the last mile with blood dripping down his leg.  Takes more than that to stop him. He is a Diesel. #Respect

ANNOUNCEMENTS: There will be a 2.0 workout at the Epicenter on Saturday. Ultimate Frisbee will be the game.  Bring your 2.0 and come on out! Or, if you don’t have a 2.0, come anyway.

PRAYER REQUEST: Flossy’s uncle, who is in the hospital.
