Another muggy Monday morning has come along and 14 pax made it out for some Coffeeruns and a little coffeeteria.  As today is the first day of school for Greenwood District 50 students, many pax have children, spouses, and/or themselves starting back to school today.  This caused a very limited coffeeteria, at least for YHC, but at least some miles were put in beforehand.  Good work getting out and getting better gentlemen!

IPC 2020 Week 0 is now.  The workout is on Twitter as well as a video on Youtube.  Check it out then do the work.  The first collective running of IPC in Greenwood will be tomorrow morning at the Epicenter at 0500.  If you haven’t signed up…..sign up today.
This Wednesday, Twitter has come up with another segment challenge for the run from Starbucks.  It’s easy….less than a mile (0.99) and it’s all downhill.
