20 men got up to run from Starbucks.
Various routes, distances and paces were run.
There was a 5k race that had a disputed result. We may need a rematch next week to settle the controversy.
Speaking of races, call someone out for Grudge Match Wednesday. It will be fun and you will be better for it.

Plan to be at the Greenwood Family YMCA at 0515  for the Army Physical Fitness Test. It will be fun as well.
