YHC signed up to Q a CoffeeRun!? Lighter crowd due to weather.  Wasn’t too bad.

NMMS:

-YHC is pretty excited about running 1.9 miles before having to slow down and walk a few yards.  Pretty big deal for me.

-YHC harped on leadership.  F3 is all about leadership.  Seriously, sign up to Q.  You’d be surprised how you can get other brothers to do things they aren’t used to doing.  For instance, YHC unintentionally got the count started in the wrong direction, however the PAX responded with some grumbling and did it anyway.  Just an example of how you can lead and get folks to go against the grain in a leadership role.  Good stuff.
