You ain’t that sweet!

Just 8 PAX understood that they were not sweet enough to melt in the rain and posted at the #Shipyard for a Juggernaut workday warm-up. Shipyard usually runs in the 20s for attendance and YHC believes most guys fartsacked after reading the backblast from YHC’s burpee bonanza at Epicenter last week.

Slaughter start. 100 burpees OYO. Sets of 10. No rest between sets. Call out your set number.

Fast mosey around the entire parking lot. YHC intended to continue Burpeefest 2.0, but called an audible after thinking about the energy he would need to help the brothers in F3 Columbia. Plus, Meatloaf threatened slow, painful death in one more burpee was called.

  • P1 works while P2 sprints to lower end of parking lot and does 5 hand release merkins. Sprint back. Flapjack.
  • 100 big boy situps, 200 chaser LBCs, 300 4-count flutter kicks
  • Help brothers finish reps

Squat Suicides

  • Start at lower end of parking lot.
  • Sprint to first light pole and do 5 jump squats. Back to lower end 5 jump squats.
  • Sprint to second light pole 5 jump squats. Back to lower end 5 jump squats.
  • Sprint to upper end of parking lot 5 jump squats. Back to lower end 5 jump squats.
  • Sprint to gym entrance 5 jump squats. Back to lower end 5 jump squats.
  • Repeato for 12 minutes.
