27 PAX rolled out of bed during the year’s first freeze warning. As a result, YHC thought a nice Phish “Tweezer” reference would fitting (It’s gonna be cold, cold, cold cold). The plan was to have Papa Smurf’s super speaker blaring a 30 minute rendition of the Phish classic during the workout, but Papa Smurf’s garage doors kicked his butt so much on his attempt to get out of the house that he forgot said speaker. So we had a silent workout. As a substitute Q for Kobayashi, I decided to pull a workout previously done on one of our previous unofficial Friday hero WODs. “Loredo” was the workout of choice. Make sure to check out the Phish 2 minute Tweeprise video. If that doesn’t get you jacked up for a workout, then I can’t help you.
