F3 Greenwood

19 PAX showed up for a Greta inspired parking lot party.  For those who have read my back blasts from previous exercises, you will see a trend.  1 – I like to do AMRAP style exercises.  2.  I like to educate my fellow PAX on my musical preferences in hopes that you will see the light.  Today, we check out a solid tune from Widespread Panic.  Greta is it’s name and mirrors our workout.  I encourage to listen to the entire song to get the full effect of the “jam”.  Also, it appears that both drummers have on F3 shirts so there’s that.  Good work men.

Partner up. Size doesn’t matter.  Grab a coupon and mosey to parking lot. One coupon per team.

Round 1 (15 min max)

100 Burpees – 200 KB Swings – 300 Thrusters (Cumulative between team)

P1 starts coupon work

P2 sprints to Sugar’s car, 5 merkins, sprint back.

Flapjack until work is completed.

When finished, help teammates who are struggling finish their reps.

(Timing was bad on this one and I do not believe any team finished)

Greta Round 2 (15 min max)

100 Block (Bench) press  –  200 Jungle Boi Squats – 300 Monkey Humpers

Again, when finished, start picking up reps for teammates.

All teams completed round 2 together by assisting other teams
