I wanted this workout to be difficult for me (more so than usual.) So I stretched the definition of “If you can’t do it, don’t Q it” so The pax would be challenged the way I was challenged on my first day of F3. After a year, I have learned that, the workout is just a bonus. What really matters is pushing yourself to be leaders and get better in every aspect of your life, whatever that means for you where you are in this moment. That means pushing your limits, but also just stepping outside your comfort zone. F3 and the pax of Greenwood have helped me do that in many different ways this past year, and I am grateful for the encouragement.
