15 pax broke the trance of a Spring Break #Fartsack and enjoyed a comfortable 61* 96% humidity gloomy morning in #TheWood. That equals sweatfest in the south when it comes to running or jogging or walking or hobbling……all were on display today. YHC was a late fill in for Kobayashi who was filling in for Juggernaut over at #Hustle. YHC straggled in just before the bell……lets roll!

War stories and soreness still abounds from Red Friday. Lunges and lots of them…….it hurts to say it!

Tickle rocked the out portion of the out and back! White rabbit!

Things got a little dicey on the return as Mac n Cheese took a little spill. Tickle was in the vicinity but could not be confirmed if he played apart in the mishap. Alpo is being questioned.

No blue lights spotted!

Nice work by the pax today……way to fight off the possibility of sleeping in a little while the kids are on Spring Break. Hopefully, we worked off some of that Easter dinner from yesterday! Speaking of Spring Break the slower morning at home gave some of the pax a little extra time for #Coffeeteria. It was here that we learned Kobayashi is the true mouth of F3 Greenwood. That’s all boys….an honor and a pleasure! Keep up the good work! Aye!
