The endless twitter banter that is F3 Greenwood recently took a turn to a topic near and dear to my heart…Patrick Swayze.  Gopher suggested I be renamed Dalton which I would gladly accept, although I guess Uncle Jesse (John Stamos) is not too bad.  Back to Swayze, What a man!  Super fit, good looking, all the ladies loved him, could dance, and sometimes overlooked is the fact that he could sing.  So I offer you Swayze’s classic, “She’s like the wind” from Dirty Dancing (you know you’ve seen it).  The fact that this Youtube video has close to 32 million views speaks to Swayze’s impact.

All that said, 33 PAX showed up today for the weekly Starbucks 5k/whatever distance you want to run.  Great turnout and several folks were definitely “like the wind” as numerous PRs were posted.  Great job men.  I had the time of my life. Hey baby!
