YHC has loved seeing the run groups continue to grow and the PAX continue to take the #redpill and #getbetter.  This Monday was no exception had we had our largest Monday crowd to date, 21 PAX, tying our run record thus far.  There is still potential for growth!

Explaining route to new runners and one FNG, this was particular difficult and their was a need for a drawing but YHC forgot his crayons and construction paper :).

Out and back in 45 minutes and the PAX continue to go farther and run faster.  Great job by all!  Keep it up men!!

Things then got confusing as YHC only got 3 hours sleep and began stumbling on my words and not remembering dates.  It was touch and go but YHC pulled it together in the end.
