“If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must got beyond them.”       -Bruce Lee

I found this quote very fitting for today’s workout. The limits were definitely pushed this morning. Most of it was mental, but pumping out 90 crunches after 200 seconds of planking was pretty physical. Anyways, check out this workout.

Count-o-Rama
Name-o-Rama
Prayers- Mr. Moms mission trip, Meatloaf, Blue Balls, Sugar (back), unspoken request

NMM-
– today was definitely interesting. Debate on weather we did 103 or 103 1/2 will continue. I forgot I was Q’ing and messed up the count at first. One thing is for sure though. Legs were on fire after that

– I request a new word be added to the Lexicon.
Flossing- “the act of stealing someone else’s coupon during a workout.”
Example- Meter Maid got flossed when Flossy stole his coupon. Jokes on him though after he finds out Meter had a heavier coupon.

– I think everyone is feeling this workout today. As soon as your upper body started to get tired.. BAMMM you start doing core work and you forget all about it. It was challenging, but I appreciate and respect everyone’s effort.

Until next time,
