YHC loves any time I get to compete in a competition. I guess that’s why I always enjoyed playing sports and other competitive activities growing up. YHC hasn’t done a Team VS Team workout yet and decided that since this was my first time to Q at the Shipyard I would make it happen.

PAX split into two even groups
1st Competition:
- PAX form a circle in their groups with heads towards the middle. One PAX starts by jumping up from the circle and sprinting to the other side of the football field and back. Once back in their spot the PAX to the left gets up and repeats with the sprints. Competition is over once all PAX in the group have ran their sprints.
(Key Note: In the circle there are 3 coupons being passed around. When a PAX receives a coupon, he does 20 Chest Presses, then passes the coupon to the PAX on his left.)
2nd Competition:
- PAX line up in a straight line on the goal line. Each PAX bear crawls to the 50yd line,Frog Hops 50 yards to the other goal line and then sprints back. Competition ends once the last PAX to go makes it back.
(Key Note: Once a PAX makes it to the 50 yard line by bear crawling and starts to frog hop, the next PAX in line begins.)
3rd Competition:
- PAX form a circle with coupon. Each PAX gets in the ready position for a merkin. One PAX starts off with 1 block merkin which goes around the circle. Once back to the starting PAX, he does 2 block merkins which intern go around the circle. Repeato until 10 block merkins are meet by each PAX. Competition end once last PAX completes his 10.
Each Competition had rewards and penalties for placing 1st & 2nd
1st Comp Penalty: Winner = 15 Burppes Loser = 30 Burpees
2nd Comp Penalty: Winner = 10 Burppes Loser = 20 Burpees
3rd Comp Penalty: Winner = 20 Monkey Humpers Loser = 50 Monkey Humpers
( Once Comps where done, Mosey over to the flag)

- Everybody seemed excited for a little competition between each other also they seemed to understand each competition pretty well and gave their all knowing that a lot of Burpess awaited the losers.
- Thankfully soccer goals were at each goal line so it made the turn around points even and fair for both teams.
- Team 1 won the first event at blazing speed. YHC was is Team 2 and there was a lot of mubblechatter about Team 1 and how cheatingly fast they were but I know we are all good men so there was no cheating.
- Team 2 won the second event. YHC has never seen PAX bear crawl as fast as all PAX on both teams were going so TClaps to everybody on that part. Instead of Frog Hops, YHC seen a couple of PAX doing skips or riding and invisible horse. It was laughable but really either way you hopped, work was done.
- Team 1 won the third event, thus taking home the bragging rights. Meter Maid kept an eye on Team 1 and made sure they did a block merkin correctly. If he saw a bad one, he let you know!
- In the end nice work by all men. You could tell everybody was truly giving their all because accountability is a lot higher when your team is watching you and cheering you on so you want to go as fast as you can.
As always, Its a pleasure to Q with you guys and I look forward to coming up with fun and unique ideas.
