9 PAX made the decision to get better this morning by running the hills. It was good to have Dixie Chick join us. Dixie Chick was our newest FNG in F3Greenwood……..until this morning. Now, our newest FNG is “Cruiser.” Welcome aboard!
Conditions: 67, humid, foggy and misty
In theory, this run is fairly simple. We meet at the fountain – then at 5:15, we jog to East Cambridge and gather in front of the Manning Law Firm (right beside Pascals). We run down the hill, past Jeff’s Barber Shop, and up to the crest of the bridge. Then, we turn around and run back to the starting point. We do this for about 30 minutes. Then, we head back to the fountain.
Good work was put in by all the PAX. Hill work isn’t always the most fun, it’s not that entertaining, but at the end of the day, we all got better and stronger.
Announcements: Tomorrow is the Big Bang in Augusta. Meatloaf informed everyone that there may be about 6 (possibly 8) persons going. Everyone was encouraged to attend the F3 Augusta workout on November 21st.
Prayer Requests: Juggernaut’s wife and family; Pot Hole’s father, who was recently diagnosed with Cancer; Cruisers aunt, who broke a hip and ribs; Several other PAX asked for prayers for several issues they are dealing with.
It was another great workout in the streets of Greenwood.
Respectfully,
Judge Judy
